Brass Monkey has generously donated a commercial plunge to support our efforts to set up the Jacob Mulligan Charity.

All donations will go towards establishing the Jacob Mulligan Charity in memory of Jordan Mulligan's first son, Jacob.
Jacob was a stillborn baby. Stillbirth affects around 4 in every 1,000 births in the UK. Currently, the British government provides a grant to help cover the cost of child funerals, but headstones are not included.
No parent should face the financial burden of burying their child. The Jacob Mulligan Charity aims to help by providing headstones for bereaved parents.

Brass Monkey Ice Bath Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- The Brass Monkey Ice Bath Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Mulligan Brothers LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Entry Period:
- The Giveaway begins on 10/05/2024 and ends on 30/09/2024 ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received by 30/09/2024 at 12 midnight ("Entry Deadline").
3. How to Enter:
- To enter the Giveaway, participants must donate £5 to the Jacob Mulligan charity via mulliganbrothers.com. Each £5 donation equals one entry.
- Participants can enter the Giveaway multiple times by making additional £5 donations.
- Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Jacob Mulligan Charity
4. Prize:
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- The prize for the Giveaway is a Brass Monkey Ice Bath.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Jacob Mulligan Charity within 14 days after the Entry Deadline.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification and Claiming the Prize:
- The winner will be notified via [email/phone/mail] within 5 days after the winner is selected.
- To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification within 5 days and provide any requested information or documentation.
- Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Use of Personal Information:
- By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Jacob Mulligan Charity to use their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner(s) as necessary.
8. Publicity:
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Jacob Mulligan Charity / Mulligan Brothers LTD to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
